Job Summary
Assistant Manager at RPM Pizza leads shifts in a high-volume restaurant, supports the General Manager, upholds Domino’s brand standards, trains and coaches Team Members, supports scheduling and labor management, ensures food safety and sanitation, handles customer and Team Member concerns, operates kitchen equipment, and contributes to store initiatives and overall performance. Must be capable of working nights, weekends, and holidays; positions include opportunities for leadership development and career growth through RPM Pizza College and on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
