Job Summary
Assistant Manager to lead shifts in a high-volume Domino’s RPM Pizza store, train and develop Team Members, manage scheduling and labor, uphold safety, quality, and sanitation standards, resolve customer and Team Member concerns, operate store equipment, implement marketing and operational initiatives, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store goals. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays and complete required RPM/Domino’s training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
