Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in coordinating daily store operations and take ownership of tasks and assignments for the team. Responsibilities include cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations; mentor and develop future managers, recruit new staff, ensure adherence to Domino's image standards, manage staffing and training, and uphold store cleanliness and service quality. Requires strong communication skills, ability to train others, operate all equipment, process telephone and in-person orders, and maintain timely, accurate paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of 6 months management experience
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (may use calculator)
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements
