Job Summary
You’re the boss on shift: an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza responsible for all aspects of running the store during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You’ll lead staff, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, schedule and manage performance, and strive for high standards of service and product quality. The role includes participation in the Management Development Program to learn and advance, with eventual pathways to franchise ownership. Strong math, multitasking, leadership, and customer-service skills are essential; experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required.
Required Qualifications
- Age 18 or older
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Managerial experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
