Job Summary
Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example by adhering to all policies and procedures while staffing the team, managing food quality, and maintaining store cleanliness. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate all equipment, and complete daily paperwork and inventory tasks. Navigate the designated delivery area to deliver pizzas and flyers, managing adverse weather and terrain while carrying heavy products. Make accurate monetary change and use math skills to ensure profitability.

- Must be able to navigate stairs or climb a ladder
- Must be able to navigate five or more flights of stairs
- Must be able to forward bend at the waist
- Must be able to reach above 72 inches occasionally
- Must be able to reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes
- Must be able to reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones
- Must be able to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel
- Must be able to shape pizza dough using forearms and wrists
- Must be able to manipulate a pizza peel
- Must be able to use a rolling cutter
- Must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
- Must be able to deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Must be able to deliver flyers and door hangers
