Job Summary
Assist in managing daily Domino's store operations in Boca Raton, FL as Assistant Manager. Responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations; staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, adherence to standards, and driving profitability. Essential duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, processing orders, receiving and processing telephone orders, maintaining inventory and paperwork, cleaning equipment and facility, and maintaining communications with customers and co-workers. Requires strong math skills for monetary transactions, verbal and written communication, and ability to enter orders via computer or touch screen. Will work with a team to ensure cleanliness, safety, quality control, scheduling, and adherence to Domino’s standards, with potential career progression toward general manager or franchise ownership.
