Job Summary
Assistant Manager in Edison, NJ restaurant operations responsible for operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, processing telephone orders, inventory and paperwork, cleaning, and delivering products. Must have strong basic arithmetic, be able to make correct monetary change, and communicate verbally, in writing, and by telephone with customers and co-workers. Role includes delivering product by car to customers and distributing flyers/door hangers; requires navigational skills and ability to read maps to addresses within the delivery area; able to navigate multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product.
