Job Summary

Manage all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls while ensuring strict adherence to policies and standards. Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, prepare products, and process telephone and in-person orders. Maintain facility cleanliness, manage staffing, and deliver great customer service while handling data analysis and decision-making under stress. Work in varying temperatures and conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for most of the shift.

  • Pushing trays which are placed on dollies requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds
  • Trays may also be pulled
