Job Summary
Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager, partnering in recruitment, new Team Member training, and scheduling. Uphold brand standards, ensure health and safety compliance, and maximize sales by meeting food and labor goals. Provide consistently high-quality product and service while managing cash handling, reconciliation, inventory control, and marketing efforts. Foster productive relationships with customers, the community, and Team Members, acting as a mentor for all store-level positions. Maintain accurate schedules and utilize proprietary software systems to analyze data and make operational decisions.
