Job Summary
Assist the General Manager as the manager-on-duty and second in command to drive store performance. Partner with the General Manager on recruitment, training, and scheduling; uphold brand standards and health/safety requirements; ensure high-quality product and service; maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals; mentor team members; build customer and community relationships; manage cash handling, inventory control, and reporting; support marketing efforts and store operations. This role leads through hands-on supervision, training, and process optimization to advance Domino’s store performance and team development.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, registration and liability insurance
- Ability to pass background investigation and motor vehicle report
- Previous inventory control experience
- Experience with labor-cost management and computer knowledge
- Ability to create and effectively manage team member schedules
- Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
- Adept with proprietary software systems PULSE and PWR
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work alone and with others, under stress, and meet quality control standards
- Ability to train and engage team members
- Ability to recruit and train staff and support store operations
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to meet food and labor goals and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide)
- Ability to analyze and compile data and make judgments/decisions
