Job Summary
Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly while maintaining staffing levels that mirror business needs. Manage end-of-night bank deposits, nightly product inventory counts, and store setup for daily openings. Collect signed credit card receipts from drivers, ensure delivery vehicles pass mechanical and visual inspections, and assist with routing to maximize on-time service. Foster a sense of urgency, resolve disputes, and promote pizza products and promotions. Provide quality customer service internally and externally, uphold grooming and uniform standards, and receive cross-training for oven operation and product preparation. Speak clearly, write effectively, and demonstrate computer-based order entry comprehension. Contribute to a culture of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and write clearly
- Comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
- Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
