Job Summary
Oversee all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls while managing staff, enforcing policies, and ensuring store cleanliness. Direct crew activities, process telephone and in-person orders, and maintain perfect image and adherence to standards. Handle food management, marketing, and profitability tasks while navigating delivery routes and adverse terrain. Must possess strong math skills, accurate change-making ability, and reliable transportation. Requires valid driver's license, high energy, and willingness to work nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid state driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
- High energy, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- A keen sense of direction with the ability to read a map and find your way around your delivery area
- Basic math and cash management skills
- Ability and desire to work nights and weekends
