Job Summary
Lead the store during your shift by managing all cost, inventory, and cash controls while maintaining perfect image and service standards. Direct customer relations, enforce policies, and train team members alongside maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Handle daily operations including entering orders, making change, and completing required reports. Navigate delivery areas, manage adverse weather conditions, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing ladders, and walking briskly between the store and customers. Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, reporting to General Manager and above-store leadership.
