Job Summary
Manage assigned stores by ensuring food, labor, and service goals meet targets and maintaining a minimum 4-star operational level. Oversee daily activities including answering customer inquiries, training team members, conducting inventory checks, and performing monthly P&L reviews with supervisors. Enforce strict safety and security procedures, verify driver compliance with delivery protocols, and ensure all equipment is functional and utilized correctly. Maintain accurate reports, manage store budgets, and implement new products seamlessly while adhering to all Domino's Pizza standards. Schedule includes a minimum 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day
- Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
- Knowing of all product and operational standards
- All safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order
- Store Budgets Maintained
- Inventory checks performed on each store each month
- Systems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
