Job Summary
Manage store operations by performing duties as Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including greeting customers, operating cash registers, and delivering products safely. Lead a team of 3 to 30 employees during shifts, ensuring cost, inventory, and cash control while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with grooming standards. Make fast, accurate products adhering to recipes and baking procedures. Work flexible shifts covering 365 days a week, including weekends and holidays, with a requirement for a clean driving record and reliable vehicle access. Assist in creating a great place to work through high standards and motivational skills.
