Job Summary
Assist in running shifts and leading the Team to meet store goals; manage labor, schedule, customer experience, and execution of brand standards; train and coach team members; oversee cash handling, oven operations, health standards, and use of marketing tools to drive store performance; act as a role model and ambassador for the K&K Family Ventures franchise while supporting the General Manager in daily operations.
