Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, support the store manager in achieving sales targets, and manage team motivation to deliver exceptional customer service. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure compliance with company policies. Participate in inventory management, training new team members, and scheduling workforce management. Support promotional activities, visual merchandising, and drive pizza deliveries within the designated area using a valid driver's license. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying dough trays, and navigating stairs for deliveries. Work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in running or assisting with high-volume store operations
