Job Summary
Assistant Manager (03814) supports the General Manager in coordinating daily operations and taking ownership of team tasks. Responsibilities include cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, customer relations, staffing and mentoring to develop new managers, adherence to policies, and promoting Domino's image standards. Duties also cover staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, maintaining professional appearance, ensuring store cleanliness, providing great customer service and effective service recovery, and attending to attendance and transportation needs for the Spring Hill, FL store. Requires strong operational knowledge, ability to train tasks, communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, and proficient monetary handling and order processing.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of all operational task and ability to train those tasks
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product correctly at an advanced pace
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean store and equipment daily

- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
