Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting a personal example for the crew. Enforce strict adherence to all policies and procedures, oversee staffing and paperwork, and maintain store cleanliness and profitability standards. Ensure perfect image and great customer service are delivered consistently. Work a schedule with attendance and punctuality requirements; transportation to and from work is expected.
