Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls while enforcing policy and procedures. Oversee staffing, food management, store cleanliness, and customer relations to ensure perfect image and adherence to standards. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and prepare product from delivery area to storage. Deliver pizzas within the designated area using a valid driver's license and insured vehicle, navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings. Complete daily paperwork, take inventory, and maintain punctuality while working varying temperatures and weather conditions.

- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Must navigate adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
- In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
