Job Summary
Manage all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality. Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Train and develop staff, create employee schedules, place food orders, and maintain inventory levels. Ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring and keep employees in proper image. Handle physical duties such as lifting bulk product deliveries, carrying pizza dough and supplies, and performing maintenance tasks like changing prices on signs. Work between $18.00 and $19.50 with a focus on developing future general managers within the Management Development Program.
Required Qualifications
