Job Summary
Assistant Manager role overseeing store operations, managing 3-30 employees per shift, cost/inventory/cash control, customer relations, and ensuring compliance with grooming standards. Responsibilities include performing duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, greeting customers, operating the cash register, ensuring accurate portioning and baking procedures, delivering product by vehicle, and maintaining store cleanliness; requires leadership experience, valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and 18+ years old. Weekly pay and management training with opportunities to advance to store manager.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people during your shift
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Valid Drivers License
- Access to reliable transportation
- Full open availability
- You have to be at least 18 years old
