Job Summary
Assistant Manager in training to become store General Manager; will go through formal training modules over six months to two years. Responsibilities include delivering customer service, supervising staff, managing people, overseeing product preparation and quality, and inventory control. Works in an hourly capacity with up to 55 hours per week across lunch, evening and late-night dayparts; weekend hours are required. Prior retail/restaurant experience is preferred, and no pizza making experience is required. The role is aimed at rising through the management ranks of the company.
