Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, prepare product, and receive telephone orders. Manage shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations while adhering strictly to all policies. Direct crew activities, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain facility cleanliness and image standards. Lift up to 50 pounds, carry large cans and pizza trays, and navigate stairs or ladders as needed. Work from a standing position with continuous hand tasks and forward bending at the pizza assembly station.
