Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage, prepare product, receive telephone orders, and complete daily inventory paperwork. Manage staffing, cost controls, cash handling, food quality, store cleanliness, and customer service while adhering to all policies and procedures. Direct crew activities, perform repetitive tasks under stress, and maintain strict quality standards by lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing heavy trays. Work primarily from a standing position with occasional climbing and stooping.
