Job Summary
Assistant Manager at RPM Pizza (Domino’s franchise) leads shifts in a high-volume store, delivers customer service excellence, supports store goals, trains and coaches Team Members, assists with scheduling, labor management, attendance, and safety, maintains cleanliness and food safety standards, resolves customer and team concerns, operates ovens and kitchen tools, and supports inventory, ordering, and marketing initiatives while partnering with the General Manager to achieve performance goals. Requires completion of RPM training and Pizza College courses, availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and alignment with brand standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional up to 50 pounds
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools
