Job Summary
Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals while upholding RPM and Domino's brand standards. Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations, and resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership. Support scheduling, labor management, and attendance while maintaining store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards. Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools, and implement marketing and operational initiatives. Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals. Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing
- Ability to work at stations 36"–48" high and reach shelves up to 72"
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools
- For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area
