Job Summary
Assistant Manager at RPM Pizza (Domino’s franchise) leads shifts in a high-volume store, delivers customer service, supports store goals, and coaches Team Members on shift. Responsible for training, scheduling support, labor management, attendance, safety and sanitation, equipment operation, and executing marketing and operational initiatives in coordination with the General Manager. Requires completion of RPM training (Pizza College), strong communication, a positive team-oriented attitude, and ability to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; 18+ and, where applicable, food safety certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
