Assist the General Manager in coordinating daily operations, including cost controls, inventory and cash control, and customer relations. Help develop more managers by mentoring the team, adhere to policies and procedures, and promote Domino's image standards. Responsibilities include staffing, food management, time management, issue resolution, delivering great customer service, recruiting and training team members, and ensuring store cleanliness. Also perform duties such as taking orders, operating equipment, handling paperwork, driving and delivering products, managing inventory, and maintaining regulatory and safety practices. Must have strong communication, numeric, and multitasking abilities with a focus on teamwork and maintaining performance standards.
