Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day store operations including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. Assist the General Manager by mentoring team members, recruiting new staff, and enforcing company policies. Manage staffing, food preparation, and store cleanliness while maintaining 100% image standards. Deliver pizzas and promotional materials to customers, navigating various terrains and weather conditions. Requires a valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying products and climbing stairs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Eye-hand coordination
- Far vision and night vision for driving
