Job Summary
The Assistant Manager drives store operations, leading shifts in a high-volume Domino’s RPM Pizza location, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the General Manager and training Team Members. Responsibilities include scheduling and labor management, coaching and developing staff, maintaining safety, quality, and cleanliness standards, handling customer and team member concerns, operating kitchen equipment, executing marketing and operational initiatives, and promoting a positive, engaging environment. Additional duties include inventory/ordering processes, and assisting with achieving store performance goals across nights, weekends, and holidays. Completion of RPM/Pizza College training is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
