Job Summary
Lead the shift by managing store organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols while ensuring cost control for inventory, labor, and cash. Staff, train, and lead the team to meet service and profitability goals through daily attendance at team meetings and adherence to company policies. Track and report food cost variance, schedule labor requirements, and process telephone orders using store software. Maintain equipment and facility standards while operating all store machinery and handling bulk product deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on telephone and in person

- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
