Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, manage and motivate team members, and run shifts efficiently to optimize performance. Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately while interacting with customers to address concerns and enhance their experience. Assist in training and developing team members, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving store performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and contribute to creating a safe work environment for all team members. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and involves physical duties such as lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or food service management, including running shifts and store operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team members

- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
