Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, manage shifts with 3 to 30 staff members, and handle cash management and financial transactions accurately. Answer phones, process customer orders, resolve complaints, and maintain store cleanliness while assisting in training team members and implementing marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and ensure compliance with company policies. Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends across a 365-day schedule, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must possess a clean driving record, valid license, and reliable insured vehicle for delivery duties. Requires experience in retail or food service management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
