Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing daily store operations in Chatham, IL, leading a team of 3 to 30 associates, handling cash and POS transactions, delivering excellent customer service, training and supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, driving sales and store performance through promotions, managing inventory, and resolving customer concerns. Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in a retail or food service management role
