Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations at the Domino’s Jerseyville location, including opening/closing procedures, to drive performance and a great customer experience. Lead and motivate team members to meet goals, manage cash handling and financial reporting, assist with inventory and supplier ordering, and ensure high standards of food quality and customer service. Collaborate with the store manager on policies, training, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs. Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Strong math, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership skills
- Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
