Job Summary
Lead the store during shifts by managing inventory, controlling labor and cash costs, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and security protocols. Direct team members through daily operations, including preparing products, stocking ingredients, cleaning facilities, and processing orders via telephone or computer systems. Track food cost variance, schedule labor requirements, and lead team meetings to maintain organizational standards and customer service quality. Maintain a clean, safe environment while operating all store equipment and handling bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
