Job Summary

Assistant Manager to support daily operations at 1810 Court St., Pekin, IL. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager, leading and training staff to maintain high performance, delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory (ordering, receiving, stocking), creating and adjusting employee schedules, handling cash and maintaining financial records, enforcing company policies, maintaining a safe/clean work environment, participating in promotions to drive sales, analyzing sales data for improvements, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
