Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, run shifts efficiently, and manage cash transactions while maintaining accurate financial records. Lead a team of employees by managing and motivating staff, assisting in training new members, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and assist in inventory management and supply ordering to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the store manager to improve store performance while implementing company policies. Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
