Job Summary
Lead a team to meet cost control, labor, and service goals while managing store organization, cleanliness, and inventory. Set an example by following company policies and holding team members accountable for adherence to safety and security protocols. Staff, train, and lead the team to contribute to company profitability, track food cost variance, and schedule labor requirements. Attend team meetings, utilize web-based software and Microsoft Suite, and maintain current hiring and marketing best practices. Work in a fast-paced environment under stress, managing deliveries and equipment operation while ensuring quality and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
