Job Summary
Assist in restaurant operations at Domino's Pizza in Plainfield, IL. Oversee 3 to 12 employees during shifts, ensure fast, accurate, and consistent product preparation according to recipes and baking procedures, and maintain cleanliness from front-of-house to back-of-house. Uphold Domino's grooming and uniform standards and provide a positive, energetic environment. Require availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Roles include managing store operations when in charge, delivering great customer experiences, and supporting growth through the Management Development Program and career advancement. Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to work across multiple locations. Previous management experience is a plus but not required; coaching and leadership qualities are essential.
