Job Summary
Take on a leadership role overseeing shift operations at a Domino's Pizza store. You’ll be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. Core duties include staffing, paperwork, enforcing policy and procedures, managing a team to meet schedules and quality standards, maintaining product preparation and store cleanliness, processing orders (phone and in person), and driving customer satisfaction through effective supervision and service. The role emphasizes leadership, multitasking, math and numerical accuracy for transactions, adherence to standards, and the ability to train and guide team members toward profitability and excellent service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record (if required for delivery)
- Ability to navigate and operate in a fast-paced store environment
- Experience or aptitude in staff supervision and shift leadership
- Store cleanliness and equipment maintenance
