Job Summary
Manage the store and Team with a high-volume mentality while operating all equipment, including oven-tending. Uphold brand image and safety standards by training and coaching Team Members to achieve desired product and service results. Schedule labor, manage attendance, and execute time management skills to meet all RPM service goals and store objectives. Lead Team Members in resolving problems and implementing successful marketing tools while maintaining cleanliness and board of health standards. Work consistently 40-plus hours per week to support the largest Domino's franchise in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pass RPM Freshman class
- Food Safety Certified as required by area
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication, and verbal skills
- Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Ability to meet all RPM service goals
- Ability to take ownership in resolving problems
- Ability to multi-task in a competitive work environment
- Consistently work 40 plus hours per week

- Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of business operations
- Leading the rest of the Team on shift
- Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image
- Must abide by all policies and uphold our brand image as an ambassador and role model for other Team Members
- Stay up to date on the latest in Domino's training, by completing Pizza College courses and any additional required training programs
