Job Summary
Assistant Manager at RPM Pizza franchise; responsible for running shifts, delivering strong customer service, helping the General Manager meet store goals, leading the Shift Team, and upholding the brand image. Will train and coach Team Members via Pizza College, manage labor and scheduling, oversee inventory and safety standards, operate store equipment including ovens, and apply marketing tools to drive performance. Requires leadership, communication, problem-solving, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work 40+ hours per week; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 25 pounds; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401K where enrolled.
Required Qualifications

- Food Safety Certified as required by area
- Strong communication, and verbal skills
