Job Summary
Lead a shift by managing store organization, cleanliness, and inventory while ensuring cost controls for labor and cash. Staff, train, and lead a team that meets service and profitability goals, adhering to all safety and security protocols. Track food cost variance, schedule labor requirements, and conduct team meetings to hold members accountable for company policies. Process orders via telephone and computer, prepare products, and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage. Maintain equipment and facility standards daily while navigating fast-paced environments under stress.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on telephone and in person
- Near and mid-range vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Far vision and night vision
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions

- Ability to lift bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to carry dough trays weighing approximately 12 pounds, cases of products weighing up to 25 pounds, and prepped items
- Ability to push and pull trays or products

- Ability to bend, crouch, squat, and forward bend at the waist
- Ability to reach above 72" and down
- Eye-hand coordination
- Ability to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels
- Ability to operate all store equipment
- Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Ability to prepare products
- Ability to receive and process telephone orders
- Ability to clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Access to insured and registered vehicle in proper working condition
