Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Domino’s Chesterton, IN: manage all store operations during shifts, drive profitability by meeting cost-control targets (inventory, labor, cash), lead and train team to deliver excellent customer service, enforce policies and safety procedures, maintain store organization and cleanliness, communicate effectively via email and basic software, and advance through a management development pathway from Assistant Manager toward General Manager/District Manager with paid training and a focus on scalability and marketing practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- Must have no drug or alcohol related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders
- Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Operate all store equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare products
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
