Job Summary
Lead a team during shifts by staffing, training, and holding members accountable for cost controls, safety protocols, and store cleanliness. Manage daily operations including processing telephone and web orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, and maintaining inventory while ensuring customer service goals are met. Track food cost variance, schedule labor requirements, and lead team meetings to visualize the bigger picture in a fast-paced environment. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to work varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- 3 or less moving violations in the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Near and mid-range vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication on telephone and in person
- Far vision and night vision (for delivery personnel)
