Job Summary
Conduct all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash control while managing 3 to 15 employees. Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, such as greeting customers, taking orders, operating cash registers, and delivering products safely. Prepare products per guidelines, stock ingredients, clean equipment and facilities daily, and maintain a professional appearance. Process telephone and in-person orders with accurate communication skills and make correct monetary change. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork while ensuring a clean, organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team during your shift
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
