Job Summary
Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, leading, training, and motivating team members, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining food quality, speed, and accuracy, handling scheduling, labor management, and inventory, assisting with hiring, training, and staff development, overseeing banking, cash handling, and store profitability, and supporting marketing efforts to grow sales. All Assistant Managers receive a flexible schedule of 32–40 hours per week with advancement to full management, career growth toward General Manager and beyond, competitive pay with hourly wages plus bonuses, paid training, paid time off, employee discounts, 401(k) and matching, health/vision/dental insurance.
