Job Summary
Provide managerial assistance to the store General Manager by implementing operating standards, preparing product, running shifts, controlling costs, managing employees, and handling daily paperwork. When the General Manager is off duty, execute these responsibilities while developing skills in handling people, implementing company guidelines, resolving customer issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training as new classes become available. Exposure to varying weather conditions occurs during delivery, driving, and couponing. You must hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and provide proof of auto liability insurance for your personal vehicle.
Required Qualifications
